Brief
Firstly, carry out a feasibility study for establishing a second whisky trail in Scotland; secondly, produce a marketing & business development plan.

Key tasks
Working with key whisky distilleries, Visit Scotland, local tourist boards,Caledonian MacBrayne and government economic development agencies – produce two reports, as mentioned above.

Outcomes
7 distilleries have signed up, covering Islay, Jura, Arran, Campbeltown and Mull. Other sponsors include government economic development agencies and private organisation
